The City of Durham’s Human Relations Division provides free fair housing training to housing providers, tenants, advocates and others.  With a combined experience of more than 32 years, trainers are prepared to provide a comprehensive overview of the fair housing law and how acts of housing discrimination are manifested.  As a reliable source of fair housing information, staff can address questions regarding actual incidences of housing discrimination, provide examples of proper responses to tenants, and discuss the status of fair housing on the national and local level.
